Sensei Lyons pays spectacular attention to detail and blesses us with top notch technique. I've been here about a year and there is a reason I have rearranged my schedule to make sure I can attend classes. Kata is taught with passion, and proper application is emphasized both for self-defense and competitive utilization.

Sensei has been recognized as a highly skilled martial artist worthy of leading those who strive for their best within the art. There is a mutual respect , Zen vibes and support within this dojo. I've trained with many  instructors who know what they are doing but I have yet to find someone as dedicated to honing and sharing their skills than the leader of this establishment. This dojo is a hidden gem that should be recognized by serious fighters as a place for growth, wellbeing, harmony, peace and combat education. It is with great honor that I say I am proud to be part of what Ken Lyons has built and plan to have a fulfilling future as a martial artist applying the sacred skills that he shares.
